1. Business Planning: includes preparation of business plan for implement of the IT service, assuring that proper business, financial and process controls are identified and included in the designs.

2. Development of IT Strategies: includes full evaluation of the business and financial requirements and identifying the technologies and products that will respond to the client's needs.

3. Architecture and Design: The design and architecture that will best implement the client's defined IT Strategy. This being the road-map for the implementation of the recommended solutions.

1. Cloud Computing is Internet-based computing, whereby shared resources, software and information are provided to computers and other devices on-demand, like electricity. Cloud computing can include both private and public services depending on the client business requirements.

2. Network Management and Security includes designing the networks and implementing the tools to manage the networks availability and security. Tools monitor and manage constantly to provide network performance and security protecting the customer from attacks both internal and external to the client environment.
